Garson Plaza is a strip center located directly across from the Cross County Shopping Center. As a result of commuters traveling to and from NYC, this service road accommodates large volumes of traffic daily and is currently occupied by a bagel shop, H&R Block, and the Cigar Emporium. The plaza is unique in that it provides retail operations that may be patronized daily as opposed to larger discount chains that are prevalent on Central Avenue. One store is currently available for rent.
